And so, this happened...

I moved to Idaho this week and am currently enjoying a light snow storm.  Silver thinks this is fantastic.  I think this is fantastic.  I can finally get the house cold enough to be comfortable.  I am however, wishing I'd labeled the moving boxes a leeetttttlllleeee more precisely.  I can't find several highly necessary things.  Sigh.

Also, I'm afraid I won't be able to review any movies for awhile, unless I watch them online.  It was either my cats or my television.  They both wouldn't fit in the car, so the television stayed behind.  Naturally, I want nothing more than to curl up on the couch with Silver and a cup of hot tea and watch one of my trusty movies, but that will just have to wait awhile.

As someone who is invigorated by colder weather I'm kinda jealous! (My oldest son is the same way and really misses his snowy winter from his college years in Flagstaff!) Hope everything's gone smoothly and that you have a TV soon! Will be looking for future reports. :)

Best wishes,
Laura

Yes, I admit the temp is so refreshing right now. No more 100 degree heat for me, thank goodness! It's 32 out right now and lovely. About 4 inches of snow this morning. My dog is in heaven. :-D

I got your Christmas card this week and was so surprised to discover that you left California. (Not because you might enjoy a climate change, but because I know your family is there, and you are quite close to them.)

I would love to catch up. When you can, email me.

pattiagardner01@gmail.com (I no longer use my msn address, as it was glitching and not opening emails.) I don't have your email address in my gmail account, so I can't write you.

It was great to hear from you!!

Happy day,
Patti

Oh, this Google account is for a blog I no longer use. My movie blog is with the msn address, so I am not signed in to that account.

Hi, hi. I've been away from the blogosphere for awhile again, and am catching up on my reading this week. Wow, Idaho. That snow looks familiar; we got some here this weekend too in Chicagoland, now 7 degrees out today. Good day to be in and watch movies, that's for sure. Wishing you the best in your new home.

Thanks, Tom! And Marry Christmas, and Happy New Year's Eve! It got down to 9 or 10 here last weekend, but came back up to the 20's. Lots of snow here now, though!
